There’s this one kid on this trip.

And I’m pretty sure he doesn’t get my sarcasm because every once in a while I’ll say something and he’ll respond really curtly or look at me like I’m an idiot or he’s mad at me. And I just wanna be like “Bro, I’m kidding, everyone else can tell I’m kidding, maybe if you stopped talking about how cool it is to be a camp counselor for once in your life you would also get it”.

My parents have been married 28 years today.

That is just crazy to me.  I’ve never met two people who seem so comfortable together.  Their personalities and senses of humor complement each other perfectly.  I love them so much and they are the best parents anyone could ask for.  Congrats mom and dad, you are exemplary people.
